Events

These Terms & Conditions apply to events held at Rosa Twelve. By booking or attending an event with us, guests agree to the following conditions. Individual events may also have additional event-specific terms, which should be read alongside these general Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Bookings
All event bookings are subject to availability. Where advance booking, a deposit or full payment is required, this will be clearly stated within the individual event information.

A booking will only be considered confirmed once any required payment or deposit has been received.

2. Event-Specific Terms
Prices, deposits, ticket costs, food and drink inclusions, entertainment, event times and any other event-specific arrangements will be provided separately for each event.

Where event-specific Terms & Conditions apply, these will form part of the booking agreement alongside these general Event Terms & Conditions.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the event. Guests should refer to the individual event Terms & Conditions for information regarding deposits, full payments, cancellations, non-attendance and refund eligibility.

4. Event Times & Arrival
Guests are encouraged to arrive in good time for the advertised start of an event. Doors opening times, event start and finish times will be provided within the individual event information.

Rosa Twelve cannot guarantee that any part of an event missed as a result of late arrival can be repeated or accommodated.

5. Food, Drinks & Dietary Requirements
Food and drink inclusions vary between events and will be clearly stated within the individual event information.

Guests should inform Rosa Twelve of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when booking where possible and speak with a member of staff before ordering or consuming food or drinks.

6. Alcohol & Responsible Service
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with applicable licensing requirements. Valid photographic identification may be requested where appropriate.

Rosa Twelve reserves the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol where necessary.

7. Changes to Events
Rosa Twelve reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event where necessary, including changes to timings, entertainment, menus or other arrangements.

Where a significant change or cancellation occurs, Rosa Twelve will make reasonable efforts to contact affected guests using the contact information provided with their booking.

8. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, performers and members of the Rosa Twelve team.

Rosa Twelve reserves the right to refuse admission or ask a guest to leave where behaviour is abusive, threatening, disruptive, unsafe or significantly affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

9. Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place during events for Rosa Twelve’s marketing, promotional and social media purposes.

Guests who do not wish to appear in identifiable photography or video content should inform a member of the Rosa Twelve team.

10. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while attending an event. Rosa Twelve cannot accept responsibility for belongings that are lost, stolen or left unattended, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Accessibility & Additional Requirements
Guests who have accessibility requirements or require additional assistance are encouraged to contact Rosa Twelve before attending so the team can discuss any reasonable arrangements that may be required.
